Coconut Jelly

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml other milk of your choice
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin or agar agar
  • 50 g honey or sugar


  1. Add everything to a pot

  2. Stir continuously until just before boiling

  3. Allow to cool a little

  4. Pour into your Sinchies Pouches and leave in the fridge to continue to cool and set
