  • 4 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup goji berries
  • 7 tablespoons jam
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds


  1. Add the coconut and goji berries to a food processor and blitz until it turns into a fine powder

  2. Add the jam and chia seeds and mix thoroughly

  3. Using a teaspoon, scoop out some of the mixture

  4. With wet hands, roll into a ball (Your children can help with this bit!)
