Spicy Pumpkin Seeds

Course Snack


  • 500 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon ground coriander seeds
  • 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons healthy oil of your choice


  1. Heat the oil in a pan.

  2. Add the seeds and spices

  3. Fry while mixing continuously until the seeds have been making popping noises for about eight minutes

  4. Take off the heat and leave to cool

  5. Store in an airtight container

  6. Enjoy! (The most important bit)
