Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Shipping for Local Orders (South Africa):

  • Courier – You must supply a physical address (not a P.O. Box) and a number to be contacted on during delivery hours. Please double-check that your address is correct as, if after two delivery attempts, we are unable to reach you – the order will be returned to us and checked back into stock. We will then refund your payment minus a R50 stock-processing fee. Please note that the original delivery fee will not be refunded.
  • The cost is 99 for door-to-door delivery.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes two to three working days, but unfortunately this is an estimate and not a guaranteed time. Parcels are sent via overnight courier, and each parcel has a tracking number which we will email you once we have sent your parcel off. Some items are made to order and these will take longer to dispatch. These items are noted as such on the product pages.


There is one payment option:

Payfast. PayFast accepts payments in a variety of ways. You can use your credit card (Visa and MasterCard), Instant EFT (bank transfers to any of SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified) and Ukash. Please visit the PayFast website for information. Please note that your credit card will need to be 3D Secure. Please visit your bank for more information.

Returns / Refund Policy:

Not happy with our product? Email us within 30 days of receiving delivery to arrange your refund. We believe in our product and feel confident to offer you a 30-day money back guarantee.

Occasionally a faulty pouch might slip through our scrutiny process, or you might find that your purchased pouches are not what you expected.

Prices & Currency:

All items are priced in South African Rands (ZAR). Payment must be made before any parcels are sent off. Please allow 2 working days for dispatch.


We use a trusted courier company to make deliveries. We do not take responsibility for parcels that are “lost” if there is sufficient proof of delivery.
